You can eat authentic Shaanxi dishes, and the most authentic Shaanxi-style snacks! Oil-splashed biangbiang as Shaanxi representative pasta, basically gathered the main characteristics of Guanzhong pasta, spicy and chewy. The noodles are wide and long. I like tomato and egg toppings the most, sour and sweet appetizer. I am used to the traditional Xi'an Liangpi, or the first time I eat black Liangpi! Black Liangpi is paired with a few vegetarian dishes, smooth and refreshing, very distinctive. The meat sandwich stuffing is particularly sufficient.
