You can eat authentic Shaanxi dishes, and the most authentic Shaanxi-style snacks! Oil-splashed biangbiang as Shaanxi representative pasta, basically gathered the main characteristics of Guanzhong pasta, spicy and chewy. The noodles are wide and long. I like tomato and egg toppings the most, sour and sweet appetizer. I am used to the traditional Xi'an Liangpi, or the first time I eat black Liangpi! Black Liangpi is paired with a few vegetarian dishes, smooth and refreshing, very distinctive. The meat sandwich stuffing is particularly sufficient. After cutting the braised meat for more than ten hours, it is poured with braised juice, and then sandwiched into a thousand layers of oil cakes. The sauce is full of sauce and fragrant. The small stew here is steamed out of the pot, which is very different! The small stew is fat and thin, tender and not greasy.
